Gethostr TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must be 15 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside to use this Service.

Eligibility, Registration & Account Security

By registering or using Gethostr services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all actions taken under your user account, whether authorized or not.

Customer Agreement

• You must ensure your website does not host or display harmful content.
• You must comply with all Indian laws and regulations.
• You must not violate Gethostr or third‑party intellectual property rights.
• You must not post defamatory, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Your system must be virus‑free and must not harm Gethostr servers or third parties.
• You must follow all policies posted on our website.

Spamming

Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) is strictly prohibited. gethostr.com may suspend your account for 5 days on the first violation. A second violation will result in permanent account termination without refund.

Illegal Use

Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. Any illegal distribution, hosting of copyrighted material, defamation, or unauthorized distribution of intellectual property is prohibited.

Restrictions

• No copyright content, pirated material, pornography, or illegal files.
• No hacking tools or harmful software.
• No bulk mailing as shared hosting does not support mass email services.

System & Network Abuse

Any attack, unauthorized access, mail bombing, flooding, server overload attempts, or forging header packets is prohibited and may lead to civil or criminal action.

Pornography

Hosting, transmitting, or distributing pornographic content is strictly prohibited. We will report such activity to law enforcement when required.

Anti‑Piracy Policy

Gethostr services may not be used to distribute pirated software, games, movies, or copyrighted media. We provide services "as‑is" with no warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Software / Web Panel / API Changes

If third‑party software, panel, or API prices change, the customer must pay the updated price. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

User Responsibilities

• You must comply with applicable laws.
• You must maintain backups of your data.
• You must ensure your website is free of malware.
• You must cooperate with Gethostr support when required.

Billing & Payment Information

Prepayment

All services must be paid in advance. You must keep your billing information updated.

Auto‑Renewal

Unless canceled, services may be billed automatically using your saved payment method to avoid service interruption.

Advance Account

If your account has a credit balance, it will be automatically applied to new purchases. Any negative balance must be cleared within 24 hours or service may be terminated.

Taxes

All prices include **18% GST** for Indian customers. International customers may incur an additional 5% payment gateway charge.

Late Payment & Non‑Payment

Shared & Reseller Hosting: Suspended after 7 days of non‑payment, terminated after 15 days. A 20% late fee is applied after due date.

VPS Hosting: Must be paid 3 days before expiry (7 days for international users).

Dedicated Servers: Must be paid 3 days before expiry (7 days for international users).

Account Termination

Gethostr may terminate services without notice if:

• You fail to pay fees.
• You violate any terms of this agreement.
• Your actions cause harm or liability to Gethostr.
• You behave abusively toward support staff.

Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted.

Domain Payments

Domain registrations and renewals are strictly non‑refundable under any circumstances.

Fraud

Any misuse or fraudulent activity involving payment methods will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Invoice Disputes

If you have any billing‑related questions, please contact our billing team before initiating a dispute.

Price Changes

Gethostr reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. We will notify users 30 days prior to price changes.

Backups & Data Loss

You are solely responsible for your data. Gethostr offers only 1‑week old backups, subject to availability. We are not responsible for backup failures or data loss.

Legal Action

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.

Liability Disclaimer

Gethostr is not responsible for any damages, business losses, or data loss resulting from the use of our services.
